London Penthouse Apartment
Our clients came to us, asking if we could help them turn this penthouse apartment in London into their dream Ibiza style home. The apartment is a world away from the hustle and bustle of the streets of London below. When you step into the apartment, the idea was to take the client back to the relaxing times spent at the Balearic Islands.
The clients came to us after staying at The Crazy Bear in Oxfordshire with their room having a large copper bath and wanted to bring some of the Crazy Bear back home with them. KAGU undertook all aspects of this project from design to sourcing materials and project managing builders, electricians and all other tradesmen.
When the shop was renovated from its 70’s style inside. KAGU took meticulous detail to bring back its original features where possible. The shop is now a prominent feature upon the historic market town of Tenterden.
Our clients came to us with the specification that they wanted one of their smaller rooms to be turned into a place that the whole family could spend some time either relaxing reading a book or all sit down to watch a film together. They were also keen for KAGU to bring some features back into the room.
