The Pig’s Head is a characterful London pub nestled in the heart of Clapham Old Town, and KAGU Interiors was commissioned to reimagine its main dining space. The brief was to create a warm, welcoming atmosphere that would encourage guests to linger longer and enjoy a full dining experience.
From the very beginning, our interior design team at KAGU Interiors recognised the need to transform the space with a richer, more layered aesthetic, one that would honour the pub’s heritage while enhancing its appeal for modern diners. Our concept focused on introducing a cosier ambiance through tactile materials, a deeper and more inviting colour palette, and carefully considered seating arrangements.
A key part of the redesign involved reconfiguring the layout to increase seating capacity. This allowed us to accommodate more covers without sacrificing comfort or character. The result is a thoughtful, commercially effective transformation that not only improves the guest experience but also maximises revenue potential for the client during busy service periods.
